text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Recipe follows&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;1 C whole wheat flour&lt;br /&gt;1 C unbleached white flour&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 tsp non-aluminum baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp baking soda&lt;br /&gt;3 Tbs ground flax meal (adds omega 3's and extra moisture)&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp nutmeg&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp cloves&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp ground ginger&lt;br /&gt;3/4 tsp allspice&lt;br /&gt;MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER&lt;br /&gt;cream 1/4 C butter softened + 1/4 C coconut oil&lt;br /&gt;3/4 C natural sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/4 C dark brown sugar (packed)&lt;br /&gt;add 2 eggs + 1 1/4 C buttermilk *&lt;br /&gt;*You can make a sour &lt;br /&gt;milk by adding 1 Tbs lemon juice or&lt;br /&gt;vinegar to sweet milk, or soy&lt;br /&gt;almond or rice milk, let sit 5 minutes,&lt;br /&gt;I have also used plain yogurt mixed&lt;br /&gt;with water.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;MIX WET INGREDIENTS INTO&lt;br /&gt;THE DRY INGREDIENTS&lt;br /&gt;AND BEAT FOR A FEW MINUTES&lt;br /&gt;POUR INTO 2&amp;nbsp; 8" round cake pans that&lt;br /&gt;have been greased and floured&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Bake for 25 minutes on 350°&lt;br /&gt;Until toothpick comes out clean.&lt;br /&gt;Frosting,&lt;br /&gt;1/2 package cream cheese&lt;br /&gt;1/2 stick butter&lt;br /&gt;soften both, whip together add&lt;br /&gt;approx 2 C powdered sugar,&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;3 TBS half &amp;amp;
